[CREATIVE DIRECTOR AT LARGE]

Fashion Matters was a two-year master research-based program and accompanying publication sponsored by Dutch fashion brand G-Star RAW at the prestigious Amsterdam-based Sandberg Institute focused on finding new answers to the future of luxury and fashion design, touching on sustainability, social responsibility and craftsmanship, among other timely relevant issues. Directed by Christophe Coppens and supported by the Fashion Council NL, it counted with participation from industry insiders such as Liesbeth In’t Hout and José Teunissen, reseachers Pauline Van Dongen and Timo Rissanen, designers Viktor & Rolf and Walter Van Beirendonck or fashion writers Christina Binkley and Bradley Quinn - nurturing upcoming talent such as Duran Lantink.
